Campaign opens
The campaign is announced to members and well-wishers, and the list of needed items is shared.

16 October – 30 November
Collection
Clothes, foodstuffs and financial contributions are received through the club's verified donation numbers and by arrangement with the contact person.

1 – 12 December
Sorting and verification
Everything received is sorted, and the households and children to be supported are confirmed through trusted community connections.
- 04
13 – 20 December
Delivery
Members deliver the donations personally, so that support arrives with dignity in the homes it was intended for.
