Privacy & giving policy
Perfect Royals is a community built on trust. This page explains plainly what we do with the information you share and how giving is handled.
We only collect what you choose to share with us: your name, phone number and any message you send when you contact us, express interest in membership, or arrange a donation. We do not collect information about you from anywhere else.
Your details are used to reply to you, to confirm a donation, or to follow up on a membership enquiry. Online payments are processed securely by Paystack; the club retains donation amount, reference, status and the contact information supplied for receipts. We do not store card details or payment PINs. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.
Donations are received through the club's published mobile money numbers, or in person by arrangement with our contact person. Every contribution is recorded and directed towards the purpose stated in the campaign it was given to.
Records of contributions are kept privately within the club's leadership so that campaigns can be accounted for. Donors are never named publicly without their permission.
If you accept performance cookies, we store a random tab-session identifier, the time you reached Donate, your acceptance time and notice version (donation-performance-v1), and a payment reference only after a confirmed payment return. This measures donation-page session conversion in the club's private reports using Lovable Cloud. We do not collect IP addresses, device fingerprints or customer details for this measurement. Sessions are not unique people across devices. Reject performance cookies to disable measurement, or change your choice anytime using Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops new measurement and removes the identifier from your browser; previous records remain private. Payments completed without returning are not included in this session conversion rate.
